Gas Genset Lubricating Oil Cooler

Widely used in natural gas, biogas, propane and other gas generator sets, covering industrial standby power, distributed energy stations, ship power and other fields.

When the gas generator set is running, the lubricating oil will absorb the heat generated by the moving parts of the engine during the circulation process, which leads to the increase of its own temperature. If the temperature is too high, the viscosity of the lubricant will drop significantly, the lubrication performance is weakened, and may even be oxidized and deteriorated, shortening the service life and aggravating the wear and tear of the equipment.

The cooler reduces the oil temperature by heat exchange principle:

The high temperature lubricant flows through the heat exchange tube or heat exchange chamber of the cooler;

At the same time, the cooling medium (usually air or cooling water) exchanges heat with the high temperature lubricant in a reverse or cross-flow manner;

The heat of the lubricant is taken away by the cooling medium, and the lubricant enters into the unit circulatory system after the temperature is lowered.

Structure: Shell and tube structure, lubricating oil flows in the shell or tube, cooling water flows in the other side, heat is transferred through the metal wall.
